Amount of tickets per order

We only sell 1 ticket per order because we are obligated by law to have the full name of each attendant. Of course, 1 person can buy tickets for several people with the same credit card. Make sure the names are correct then! They are used and checked on your ID when you pick up the ticket(s) at the entrance gate.

No Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances. No matter why you can’t attend, we won’t be able to offer a refund. The ticket can’t be postponed to any later editions.

Ticket Transfer

The ticket transfer service will be available starting 19/12/2024. You can transfer your ticket once using our official ticket transfer service (Paylogic). If you’re selling your ticket, please note we can’t guarantee you’ll find a buyer. It depends on supply and demand. Please do not share your ticket details or voucher screenshots online or with strangers!

Children's / minor Tickets

We do not advise you to bring your kids to the festival; however, if you do so, they are your own responsibility. Minor visitors will need to arrive together with their parents, and they will need to sign a document upon entering the festival to take the sole responsibility on them.

Camping/campervans

At the camping no cars are allowed. If you come with a van/car & you want to sleep in your van or put a tent next to your car, then you should buy a ticket for the campervan parking. For families/ multiple people arriving with the same vehicle 1 Campervan ticket per car/van is enough. On our normal parking no camping is allowed.

Dogs

We prefer people don’t bring their dogs because they can be a risk on festivals. But if you bring your loyal dog, these are the rules:
  • Your dog should always be on a leash on the festival site (no exceptions),
  • The dancefloor is not a place for your dog, so they are not allowed on the dancefloor at all.

Important Reminders

  • Personalized Tickets: Make sure the data in your ticket matches your ID or passport to claim your wristband at the gate.
  • Email Inbox: Check that your email inbox isn’t full, and don’t forget to look in your spam folder.
  • Email Address: Avoid using work or school email addresses when registering for your ticket. Use the same personal email address throughout the ticket purchase and transfer process.
