Venue

Imagine a valley in nature with some muddy ponds, where amphibians can thrive. Around you, you see lots of hedges, bushes and small trees. On the hilltops, you see forests and in between, the famous Hungarian Pusta’s. Grasses, flowers and thistles.

That spot sounds like paradise. And yes… That spot is used once every 2 years for Apsara Festival! 🙂 A dance floor covered by giant trees while you can camp in nature. Fresh, drinkable water from local wells and beautiful sundowns while you see the tower of a castle on the mountain far, far away.
Just follow Google maps/Waze to Bercel, as the only way to Csobánkapuszta is via this village. There, a narrow, paved road leads to our wonderful valley. Other roads are too dangerous for a normal car.

Parking

Parking is allowed in the designated parking areas but it is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in the festival program areas and the camping areas. Please respect the escape routes, toilet and shower units, and don’t block them with your parked vehicle. If you are parking on a slope (uphill or downhill), do not forget to set your EMERGENCY HAND-BRAKES and find some wheel chocks, rocks, logs, etc. to put behind (or in front of) your wheels to make sure your car doesn’t roll free and cause an accident. !IMPORTANT! Make sure you leave enough space to move in between and around camping places, caravans and tents as this is important for general safety and makes getting around much easier for everyone.

Camping

Camping is FREE on festival grounds. You can set up your tents in any of the camping areas. There is no power or water source for caravans or options to charge vehicles on the festival grounds. We will have a van camping, a normal camping and a family camping in a more silent area where we expect the people to be silent.
